Parker White Properties is focused on doing something different, something Maverick.

We do Co-Living where the emphasis is on the creation of smart, healthy and relaxing places to call home. All of our properties come with a modern design centred around the occupant. Smart technology embedded in the buildings and bespoke shared facilities create a highly desirable living environment for aspiring young professionals to establish their roots in a new town or city.

Each of our Co-living properties is it's own little community and we often find people who come to stay with us create social circles and friendships that last. Each prospective new housemate is referenced to ensure we have a collection of like minded people who share ours and each others values.

Our growing collection of community based properties includes offerings such as luxury private rooms with en-suite bathrooms, communal areas to rival any co-working space, as well as home gyms and leisure amenities. In addition to this we also have a collection of a small number of self-contained studios which are extremely popular with people who want more of their own space to call home but still have access to the awesome shared amenities on offer.

We have big plans for joining all of these communities and creating a wider more connected community of like minded people to share their experiences with.
